Who is eligible for your program?
Ex-offenders in the New Haven, Hamden, and North Haven
area who have been on probation for less than 30 days or
are parole are eligible.
How often do clients have to come in?
Clients are asked to come in to our office once a week while
they are in our program. During that time, clients participate
in peer-to-peer based discussion.
Do clients have to pay for your services?
No, clients do not have to pay for any services we offer.
How long must a client be in the program to receive services?
A client must register for the ART II Program, get accepted, and
be in the program for 30 days. Once 30 days have passed, the
client is then eligible to receive clothing, food, and necessity
vouchers, as well as bus passes. Also, after 30 days in the
program, we can then assist clients with possible housing and
training programs, including fork lifting and asbestos.
